Job Summary:

Sun Chem India is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter with a strong background in plant-level hiring to support our growing team at our cosmetics manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in blue- and white-collar recruitment, preferably in a manufacturing or plant setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for plant-level positions (production, QC, maintenance, etc.)
• Source candidates through various channels – job portals, references, agencies, and local networks
• Screen, interview, and coordinate selection processes
• Maintain recruitment databases and generate reports
• Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of new hires
• Support other HR operational functions as needed

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or related field
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in plant/industrial hiring
• Proven knowledge of blue-collar hiring, contract staffing, and local manpower sourcing
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 15-day notice preferred

Salary:

• To be discussed during the interview – based on experience and skill set

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
