Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and help build a strong workforce. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles across departments.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, and networking.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and update the applicant tracking system.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and align recruitment plans accordingly.
• Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with ATS tools and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple roles and deliver within deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
