At Omni Bridge we are hiring a dynamic Recruiter with 3 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition to power our growth journey and build a high performing team

Role Highlights:

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling
• Use LinkedIn, job boards & social media to attract top talent
• Maintain candidate databases & ensure a great candidate experience
• Collaborate with hiring managers & support employer branding
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical positions

Requirements:

• Degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field .
• Interest in IT recruitment & HR
• Strong communication, organizational & multitasking skills
