You will play a key role in driving the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver high-quality hires within defined timelines.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding candidates for IT and non-IT roles.

IT & Non-IT Hiring: Effectively recruit for a diverse range of positions — from software engineers, DevOps, and data analysts to sales, marketing, HR, operations, and finance roles.

Leadership Hiring: Drive strategic hiring for mid to senior-level positions by identifying high-caliber professionals through targeted sourcing and headhunting.

Sourcing Strategy: Leverage multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, social media, and employee referrals to build a strong candidate pipeline.

Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop hiring strategies, and ensure alignment on candidate profiles and expectations.

Candidate Experience: Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience by maintaining transparent communication, timely feedback, and professionalism throughout the hiring process.

Market Intelligence: Stay up to date with industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability to provide insights and recommendations to the business.

Recruitment Analytics: Track and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness, to continuously improve hiring efficiency.

Employer Branding: Collaborate with the HR and marketing teams to promote the company's employer brand, ensuring visibility and engagement across online platforms.

Process Improvement: Continuously refine recruitment processes to enhance quality of hire, reduce turnaround time, and align with organizational goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA in HR or related field is preferred.

3-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on both IT and non-IT roles.

Proven experience in leadership hiring and handling niche or senior-level positions.

Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other professional platforms.

Strong understanding of technical skill sets, market trends, and industry-specific hiring needs.

Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining a high quality of hire.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a data-driven approach to hiring.
