We are looking for a dynamic professional who can handle along with Talent acquisition and relationship management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates, managing recruitment processes, and building long-term partnerships with new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Understand client requirements and create effective job descriptions.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate between clients and candidates.
  • Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups.

Client Acquisition & Management:

  • Identify and approach potential clients (companies) for recruitment services.
  • Pitch Sunhera Jobs’ recruitment solutions and convert leads into active clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR heads and hiring managers.
  • Negotiate terms, agreements, and maintain client satisfaction.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly targets for closures and new client onboarding.
  • Maintain regular MIS reports on recruitment and business development activities.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and hiring practices.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / MBA in HR, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in recruitment or business development (preferred in staffing industry).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confident, proactive, and result-oriented personality.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in North 24 Parganas District, West Bengal
