Job Description – Talent Acquisition / Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to‐end recruitment lifecycle for roles across IT, Non-IT and Sales functions: from requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, to onboarding.
  • Handle bulk/volume hiring drives (especially for sales, field roles, customer support) meeting high-volume mandates within timelines.
  • Source candidates via job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn etc.), social media, referrals, campus hiring, walk-in drives.
  • Specialise in:
  • Non-IT Recruitment: HR, Admin, Operations, Retail, Customer Support etc.
  • IT Recruitment: Software engineers (Java, .NET, DevOps, Data Science etc.), tech stack candidates.
  • Sales Recruitment: Field sales executives, territory sales, retail sales, B2C sales.
  • Partner with business stakeholders (hiring managers) to understand role specifications, hiring needs and align recruitment strategy accordingly.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics: TAT (turnaround time), offer-to-join ratio, candidate pipeline health, closure rates, cost per hire.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline / database for future requirements.
  • Use ATS / recruitment tools to track and manage candidates and maintain accurate MIS reports.
  • Ensure high candidate engagement, smooth offer process and effective onboarding coordination with HR/Operations.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment across domains: IT, Non-IT, Sales & bulk hiring.
  • Proven experience in volume hiring / mass recruitment campaigns.
  • Excellent sourcing skills (job portals, social media, networking).
  • Good screening, interviewing, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable with targets, deadlines, and high-pressure hiring environments.
  • Familiarity with ATS/recruitment software, MS Excel/MIS reporting.
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing hiring priorities and business growth.

Performance Indicators

  • Time to hire (TAT) for each role.
  • Offer acceptance & joiner rate.
  • Number of positions closed vs target.
  • Quality of hire (feedback from hiring managers).
  • Cost per hire and efficiency of sourcing channels.
  • Pipeline health (number of qualified candidates ready for future roles).

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate / Post‐Graduate in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
  • 1-4 years of relevant recruitment experience (the specific years may vary by seniority).
  • Demonstrated experience in: Non-IT recruitment OR IT recruitment OR sales/field/bulk hiring (depending on specialization).
  • Prior agency or in-house recruitment exposure is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
