Job Summary:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Officer to join our team and take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. This role requires strong communication, networking, and organizational skills to attract and retain the best professionals in the industry.

Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Sourcing:

  • Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to meet company hiring needs.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate expectations.

Candidate Management:

  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership.
  • Provide feedback and updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining professionalism and responsiveness.

Employer Branding & Talent Attraction:

  • Promote the company's employer brand and work culture to attract top talent.
  • Manage and update job postings across platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Participate in job fairs, career events, and networking activities to expand the talent pool.

Recruitment Operations & Compliance:

  • Maintain and update recruitment reports, databases, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all hiring practices.
  • Assist in negotiating offers, preparing employment contracts, and onboarding new hires.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Time to Hire: Average duration from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Quality of Hire: Performance and retention of newly hired employees.
  • Candidate Experience: Feedback and satisfaction ratings from candidates.
  • Offer Acceptance Rate: Percentage of candidates who accept job offers.
  • Sourcing Effectiveness: Success rate of different sourcing channels.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple hiring needs simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and best hiring practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
