Talent Acquisition Specialist / HR Recruiter

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Specialist to join our manufacturing company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and attracting candidates to onboarding — for both white-collar and blue-collar roles.

The position requires strong experience in end-to-end recruitment within the UAE, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector, with the ability to fill positions quickly and efficiently while maintaining high-quality hiring standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Planning & Strategy

  • Collaborate with department heads and management to identify manpower requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Create and update job descriptions and specifications for all roles within the organization.
  • Plan, design, and implement effective sourcing and talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates.

2. Sourcing & Talent Identification

  • Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, recruitment agencies, and networking.
  • Maintain and manage a database of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
  • Identify, attract, and engage potential candidates for both technical and non-technical positions.
  • Utilize social media platforms and professional networks to promote the employer brand and attract top talent.

3. Screening & Selection

  • Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews (telephonic/video/in-person) and coordinate with hiring managers for further assessments.
  • Arrange and manage interviews, tests, and technical evaluations.
  • Ensure a consistent, professional, and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

4. Offer Management & Onboarding

  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts in coordination with HR and management.
  • Negotiate compensation and benefits with selected candidates within company guidelines.
  • Coordinate onboarding formalities in collaboration with HR and PRO departments (visa processing, documentation, induction, etc.).
  • Ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company environment.

5. Recruitment Metrics & Reporting

  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.).
  • Provide weekly/monthly recruitment reports and hiring status updates to management.
  • Track and analyze recruitment data to continuously improve hiring processes.

6. Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline

  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, career expos, and industry events.
  • Develop relationships with universities, training institutes, and recruitment partners to build a sustainable talent pipeline.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of solid experience in talent acquisition and recruitment within the UAE, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial company.
  • Proven track record of hiring for both technical (engineering, production, logistics) and non-technical (admin, HR, finance, sales) roles.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and recruitment best practices.
  • Proficient in using HRMS/ATS systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Must be available to join immediately.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience recruiting both local and overseas candidates.
  • Familiarity with blue-collar hiring and coordination with recruitment agencies.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions under tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
  • Certification in Recruitment or HR (CIPD / SHRM / PHR) is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: 5000 AED + 7000 AED
