Head of Talent Acquisition – Construction Division

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Talent Acquisition to lead the recruitment function for our Construction Division. The ideal candidate will bring a fresh, innovative approach to talent sourcing, capable of breaking traditional industry boundaries. This role requires a balance between strategic workforce planning and hands-on recruitment leadership, with a strong focus on building diverse and high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, design, and implement the overall talent acquisition strategy for the Construction Division.
- Drive cross-sector hiring by sourcing high-potential talent from industries such as oil & gas, manufacturing, real estate, and engineering consulting.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical roles across engineering, project management, and leadership functions.
- Partner with business leaders to understand future workforce needs and create succession and leadership development pipelines.
- Foster diversity and inclusion within hiring practices, promoting gender diversity in leadership and technical roles.
- Establish strong relationships with external recruitment partners, consultants, and professional networks to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Leverage data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, optimize performance, and present insights to senior management.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the HR Director and leadership team on talent market trends and workforce planning.
- Ensure all recruitment activities align with company culture, values, and long-term business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 12–15 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with significant exposure to the construction industry or related sectors.
- Proven success in cross-industry recruitment (especially from oil & gas, manufacturing, real estate, or consulting sectors).
- Strong understanding of engineering and project management roles within large-scale construction projects.
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute strategic workforce planning and succession programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Agile, forward-thinking mindset with the ability to challenge traditional hiring norms.

Pay: AED30,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
