Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team to support us with recruitment activities 360 degree.

Job Description:

  • Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, culture, and business objectives.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and presenting candidates.
  • Utilize various sourcing strategies including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and social media to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
  • Conduct candidate assessments (skills, cultural fit, motivation, and availability).
  • Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and salary negotiations. Maintain accurate records in the ATS system and prepare regular recruitment reports.
  • Foster strong relationships with both clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.


Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, ensuring a solid educational foundation.
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment within a corporate environment.
  • Experience in Emiratis hiring is preferred.
  • Proven expertise in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software to streamline processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written; additional languages are a plus.
