Join Our Team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist!

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, with a focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for both white-collar and technical positions.
Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple departments.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruiting white-collar and/or technical positions.
  • Excellent English communication skills (B2+/C1 level).
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What We Offer:

  • 5 working days per week (Sunday–Thursday).
  • 2 days off.
  • Working hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
  • Hybrid work model available after the probation period.
  • Supportive and collaborative team culture.
