We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage our talent sourcing and hiring operations. The ideal candidate will implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and support the company’s growth and strategic objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement recruitment strategies, policies, and procedures to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate database while ensuring a professional candidate experience.
  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies and online job platforms as needed.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics and suggest process improvements.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify and fulfill hiring needs across the organization.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and local/international recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
