Job Summary:
The HRBP acts as a business partner to support managers in their management role by providing advice on all people related matters. He/She will also contribute to the implementation of HR policies & processes within his/her perimeter. The HRBP will ensure coherency between business objectives and human resources strategy.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Supports managers in their management role by providing advice on all people related matters.
  • Acts as business partner for one or more departments (line and/or project).
  • Contributes to the implementation of HR policies & processes within his/her perimeter.
  • Ensures coherency between business objectives and human resources strategy.
  • Coordinates and drives specific projects linked to People & Culture function.
  • Collaborates with other HR functions such as Talent Management, Reward, Learning & Development, Recruitment etc.
  • Monitors compensation & benefits proposals according to market trends and cost efficiency principles.
  • Manages mobility and career development programs.
  • Identifies training needs according to department requirements and liaises with Training & Development Department to organize appropriate solutions.
  • Ensures compliance with local regulations regarding labor law, health & safety, environment...etc.
  • Provides guidance to managers on disciplinary & grievance procedures when needed.
  • Administers the Performance Management process within his/her area of responsibility.

Job Qualifications:
  • University degree in HR Management or equivalent.
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition
  • At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Good knowledge of Saudi labour laws & regulations.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate at different levels of the organization.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience working in a multinational company.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization.
