Manager - HRBP Corporate

Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a committed and strategic Manager - HRBP Corporate to strengthen our Human Resources division. This position is integral to building strong partnerships with business leaders, enabling them to achieve their objectives through effective HR solutions that foster a collaborative and high-performing workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, aligning human resources strategies with corporate goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the implementation of effective performance management systems, ensuring alignment of employee objectives with organizational goals.
  • Lead initiatives concerning employee development and succession planning to ensure career progression and operational continuity.
  • Enhance employee onboarding and engagement strategies to create a welcoming and motivational environment for new hires.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data through efficient management and governance of relevant HR systems.
  • Initiate and drive process improvements to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of HR services.
  • Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to assess training needs and craft tailored development programs.
  • Work with consultants to align organizational structure and operational frameworks with strategic business objectives.
  • Manage workforce planning efforts, including talent acquisition and retention strategies to meet current and future business needs.
  • Implement a robust job evaluation process to maintain job grading consistency across the organization.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive competency framework to bolster employee capability development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with a strong emphasis on HR Business Partnership.
  • Demonstrated expertise in aligning HR initiatives with business strategies.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Saudi Arabia's labor laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of utilizing HR data to inform decision-making.
  • Experience in organizational development and employee engagement practices.
  • Proficient in HRIS and advanced Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
