About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle HRMS Business Analyst (BA) Consultant with deep functional expertise and strong understanding of the HCM business process cycle. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging business requirements with Oracle HRMS system capabilities, ensuring end-to-end process alignment and solution feasibility.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into effective Oracle HRMS solutions.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of Oracle HRMS functional modules and HCM business process cycles.
  • Design and build end-to-end business process cycles, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and HRMS capabilities.
  • Analyze and validate solution feasibility (solution doability) within Oracle HRMS.
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions, document business processes, and identify system gaps.
  • Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure successful delivery and user adoption.
  • Provide functional support, process documentation, and user training where necessary.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience as an Oracle HRMS Functional or Business Analyst Consultant.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle HRMS functional modules and HCM process workflows.
  • Proven ability to design and implement complete business process cycles.
  • Solid analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to assess and validate solution feasibility within Oracle HRMS.
  • Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
