Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead talent management, succession planning, and employee development programs.
  • Manage performance management processes and KPIs.
  • Design and oversee learning and development initiatives.
  • Identify high-potential employees and create development plans.
  • Monitor talent metrics and provide insights to leadership.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).
  • 5+ years of HR experience, including 3–4 years in talent management.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
