Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit candidates through databases, job portals, and social media.
  • Screen resumes and applications; conduct efficient interviews and assessments.
  • Develop and implement hiring strategies to ensure timely, quality hires.
  • Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain and update job descriptions, requirements, and recruitment documentation.
  • Enhance the candidate experience through effective processes and communication.
  • Provide clear, data-driven recruitment reports to hiring managers.
  • Contribute to making the organization a great place to work.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • 1–4 years of recruitment experience.
  • Familiarity with various interview and selection methods.
  • Knowledge of HR databases, ATS, recruitment tools, and candidate management systems.
  • Strong decision-making, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage people effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
