Roles and Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates through databases, job portals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and applications; conduct efficient interviews and assessments.
- Develop and implement hiring strategies to ensure timely, quality hires.
- Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain and update job descriptions, requirements, and recruitment documentation.
- Enhance the candidate experience through effective processes and communication.
- Provide clear, data-driven recruitment reports to hiring managers.
- Contribute to making the organization a great place to work.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- 1–4 years of recruitment experience.
- Familiarity with various interview and selection methods.
- Knowledge of HR databases, ATS, recruitment tools, and candidate management systems.
- Strong decision-making, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage people effectively.
