Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for different job positions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
  • Screen resumes and conduct basic HR interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
  • Work on multiple job openings at the same time and manage timelines.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate records.
  • Support basic HR activities such as onboarding and documentation.
  • Show willingness to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities.
