Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow company’s recruitment process.
  • Use sourcing tools and techniques to identify and attract candidates such as online social networking, traditional networking, searches, and referrals.
  • Pre-screening, shortlisting, and validating profiles through available database and job sites/portal as per the requirement.
  • Scheduling and co-ordinating the interview process for shortlisted candidates.
  • Take care of end-to-end recruitment related activities.
  • Handle all activities related to interview process like sending mail, interview confirmation and communicating results to the candidates.
  • Prepare resume submissions and interview packs.
  • Take care of candidate on-boarding formalities.
  • Update and maintain resume and resource databases.
  • Create and maintain various trackers (spreadsheets), generate reports.
  • Publish list of open positions and employee referral document on Company's Notice Board and other internal platforms.
  • Coordination with external recruitment agencies.
  • Ensure assigned duties are completed in a timely manner by working closely with Recruitment team/HR Team.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of information.

Experience and Skills Required:
  • Strong skills in MS-office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Internet savvy.
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have hands on experience into end-to-end recruitment (Non-IT domain)
  • LinkedIn, Naukri / Monster experience is mandatory.
  • Must have good Interpersonal skills/ Presentation skills/Organizational skills.
  • Ability to work individually and in Teams.
  • Strong in soft skills i.e., Team player, quick learner, ability to adapt quickly & effectively.
