Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for consulting roles (Analyst to Partner).
- Partner with consulting leadership to understand workforce planning and staffing needs.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies.
- Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Lead campus recruitment, lateral hiring, and diversity hiring initiatives.
- Use recruitment metrics and dashboards to optimize hiring processes and provide insights.
- Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and internal HR teams.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Act as a brand ambassador to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
- Stay updated on market trends, talent intelligence, and best practices within consulting recruitment.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including at least 3 years in consulting/professional services hiring.
- Proven experience managing a recruitment team and meeting hiring targets.
- Strong expertise in recruiting strategy consultants, tech consultants, and project managers.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset for decision-making and continuous process improvement.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
