Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for consulting roles (Analyst to Partner).
  • Partner with consulting leadership to understand workforce planning and staffing needs.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies.
  • Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Lead campus recruitment, lateral hiring, and diversity hiring initiatives.
  • Use recruitment metrics and dashboards to optimize hiring processes and provide insights.
  • Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and internal HR teams.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Stay updated on market trends, talent intelligence, and best practices within consulting recruitment.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including at least 3 years in consulting/professional services hiring.
  • Proven experience managing a recruitment team and meeting hiring targets.
  • Strong expertise in recruiting strategy consultants, tech consultants, and project managers.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset for decision-making and continuous process improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
