Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead strategic recruitment initiatives, identify top talent, and support workforce planning to meet organizational growth. The role involves partnering with leadership, managing recruitment strategies, and improving hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Partner with leadership to understand talent needs and workforce plans.

* Develop and execute hiring strategies to attract high-quality talent.

* Source candidates through advanced channels: LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, networking, industry platforms.

* Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates using structured assessments.

* Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles.

* Lead employer branding campaigns and recruitment marketing.

* Maintain ATS, dashboards, hiring metrics, and monthly reporting.

* Support salary benchmarking, offer negotiations, and onboarding.

* Build talent pipelines for critical and future roles.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

* Improve hiring processes, interview frameworks, and candidate experience.

Required Qualifications & Skills

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or Business.

* 2–5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition.

* Strong interviewing, assessment, and headhunting skills.

* Experience hiring for diverse functions and senior roles.

* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

* Proficiency with ATS, HRIS, and recruiting tools.

Preferred Skills

* Experience in tech or specialized recruitment.

* Knowledge of recruitment analytics and KPIs.

* Employer branding and social recruiting expertise.
