Denzour Nutrition Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in end-to-end hiring, strong screening capabilities, and expertise in sourcing top talent through LinkedIn and job portals.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the organization.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, headhunting, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screening of candidates based on job requirements and role fit.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further rounds.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate database, and hiring reports.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the selection process for smooth onboarding.
• Understand hiring needs by coordinating with team leads and department heads.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of recruitment experience (Nutrition, E-commerce industry preferred).
• Strong expertise inscreening candidates and evaluating their suitability.
• Ability to source senior profiles through LinkedIn search and headhunting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be a team player with a confident and proactive attitude.
• Proficient in using job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn Talent Solutions, etc.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
