Job Title: Talent Acquisition specialist– HR Consultancy
About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition specialist to join our HR consultancy team. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who want to build strong, practical experience in end-to-end recruitment, client coordination, and HR operations within a fast-paced consulting environment. You will gain direct exposure to real client requirements, sourcing strategies, and hiring processes across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, post, and manage job advertisements across various job portals and social platforms
  • Source and screen candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and create shortlists based on client requirements
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring timely communication
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, ATS records, and candidate databases
  • Assist in preparing candidate profiles, summaries, and client-ready CV formats
  • Support client hiring projects and follow up on submissions and feedback
  • Participate in recruitment campaigns, talent mapping, and bulk-hiring initiatives
  • Assist with onboarding documentation and compliance checks when required
  • Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and HR teams

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong attention to detail
