Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with 1–3 years of experience to support our recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in mass hiring , high-volume recruitment campaigns, and excellent sourcing and communication skills. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Lead and execute mass hiring initiatives to meet business staffing needs.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and talent databases.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate next steps with hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for frequently hired positions.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source of hire, pipeline progress, etc.).
  • Maintain recruitment data, documentation, and candidate records accurately.
  • Support employer branding activities and participate in job fairs or hiring events.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter.
  • Strong experience in mass hiring or high-volume recruitment.
  • Strong sourcing abilities using multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social networks, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
