We are looking for a dynamic and experienced “ Talent Acquisition Specialist ’’ for Turkey .

MISSION

To provide recruitment solutions to the Retail team, managing the recruitment process to find the right people that matches the required professional profile and company culture, on time and according to the company needs in his/her area of responsibility. Reporting to the HRBP of his/her area.

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Working closely with the Retail team to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Attracting applicants by placing job advertisement (company website, social media, internet jobsites, talent database, etc). Use different ways of headhuting to attract potential candidates.
  • Develop own talent database of strong retail professionals to facilitate succession planning, reduce vacancies and minimize agency fees.
  • Screen, shortlist, and match applications to identify the most suitable candidates.
  • Interview (phone, teams, and face to face) potential candidates. Undertake reference checks when necessary.
  • Regular follow-up with hiring managers to optimize the hiring process.
  • Communicate and give feedback to the candidates during the complete recruitment process.
  • Propose creative recruitment solutions for difficult to fill vacancies.
  • Source and negotiation of best recruitment suppliers to ensure good quality-to-price ration.
  • Control of recruitment indicators to follow up and identify areas of improvement.
  • Prepare and send job offers to candidates and receive documentation for the contract when needed.
  • Send the complete hiring documentation to Labour dept.
  • Ensure all recruitment policies and procedures are in line with company guidelines and propose improvements.
  • Participation in different People projects.

Education & Language Skills

  • Has a Bachelor's Degree from related departments
  • Fluent in English
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in English and Turkish with proven ability to take initiative
  • Advanced level of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) programs,
  • Minimum 3 year of experience in Human Resources at retail.
  • Has advanced experience in recruitment sourcing channels
  • Has good organization & planning skills
  • Continuous learning and development,
  • Has team spirit and eager to be a part of a global retail company.
  • No military service liability for male candidates
