Job Summary
We are looking for a
Recruitment Specialist
to join our HR team in Istanbul. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract, select, and retain top talent in alignment with our company’s goals and culture.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for local and regional roles, from job posting to onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.

Develop and post job advertisements on relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Kariyer.net, Indeed, etc.).

Source candidates through various channels, including databases, social media, networking, and referrals.

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Manage candidate communication to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports.

Collaborate with HR and business units to support employer branding initiatives.

Stay up to date on local labor laws, market trends, and best recruitment practices in Turkey.

Support onboarding and orientation of new hires as needed.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience
in recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.

Strong understanding of Turkish labor market and hiring regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in
Turkish and English
.

Hands-on experience with ATS tools and HR software.

Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience recruiting for multiple departments (sales, engineering, operations, etc.).

Knowledge of employer branding strategies.
-
Experience in multinational or tech-driven companies is an advantage.
