Human Resources Supervisor
" to be considered at Rixos Tersane İstanbul.
Job Description

Is authorised for all recruitments, legal procedures, rules concerning disciplinary action and remuneration, performance assessments, health and security rules.

Oversee the hotel’s end-to-end recruitment process, including needs analysis, job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding.

Partner closely with department heads to understand and define hiring needs.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, participate in career fairs, and build strong external partnerships.

Monitor and analyze employee turnover trends, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Support payroll and personnel administration processes when required.

Act jointly with the section manager or department managers to identify human resources needs.

Responsible for ensuring that the committee meetings are held.

Keep all records required by the hotel management and competent authorities in an accurate, timely and proper manner.

Follow-up the procedures for new recruits and employees that have left the company.

Ensure that procedures related to the Social Security Administration (SSK), Regional Labour Directorate and Employment Agency are monitored.

Obtain work permits and residence permits for expatriates.
-
Ensure that assistance is provided to solve employee problems.

Take part in the Emergency Response Teams.

Carry out all other duties assigned by managers and hotel maagement not specified in the job description.

To be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned, including redeployment to alternative departments/areas if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs.

To attend training and meetings as and when required.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Human Resources, Psychology, Labor Economics, Business Administration, etc.),

At least 3 years of recruitment experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality or service industry,

Good command of English,

Proficient in using MS Office programs,

Preferably with HRWeb experience,

Knowledge of Labor Law and Social Security regulations,

Knowledgeable about recruitment and expat processes,

Proficient in interview techniques and experienced in candidate assessment processes,

Strong communication, analytical, and planning skills,
-
A team player with a solution-oriented mindset and strong follow-up skills.
