JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a high-performing Talent Acquisition Specialist with 5+ years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment. Candidates with UAE-based hiring experience will be given strong preference.
The ideal professional will bring deep expertise in headhunting, talent sourcing, and managing full recruitment cycles across multiple industries. Prior experience in a recruitment agency or executive search environment is highly desirable.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and execute the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and offer negotiation.
- Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies tailored to diverse industry requirements.
- Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, UAE job portals, and social media channels to engage both active and passive candidates.
- Identify, attract, and close senior-level and hard-to-fill positions while maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and clients, providing timely updates, insights, and strategic hiring recommendations.
- Manage daily recruitment operations to achieve hiring targets, SLAs, and key performance metrics.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, recruitment best practices, and UAE/Pakistan labor regulations.
- Continuously review, refine, and enhance recruitment processes to improve efficiency and overall hiring quality.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of core recruitment and talent acquisition experience, preferably in a recruitment agency environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in managing multiple recruitment projects.
- Proficiency in multiple job boards, head-hunting techniques, using LinkedIn and other digital sourcing platforms.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
