Talent Acquisition Specialist

Information Process Solutions (IPS) is looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented, and user-centered UI/UX Designer to join our growing product and design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and scalable digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Location: IPS Campus, Opp. PEL Factory, Qainchi Stop, Blue Gate (Old Daraz Warehouse), Ferozepur Road, Lahore

Shift Timing: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

Salary Range: Up to PKR 130,000 (based on interview and skillset)

Major Job Responsibilities

UI Design & Visual Craftsmanship

• Develop pixel-perfect user interface designs aligned with brand guidelines, product objectives, and modern design standards.
• Create scalable design systems, reusable UI components, and visual libraries for cross-platform use.

Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to translate business requirements into intuitive user flows and product experiences.
• Support product lifecycle from concept to delivery through wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and design assets.

User-Centered Process

• Ensure design solutions incorporate usability, accessibility, and responsive design best practices.
• Iterate based on feedback, user behavior, and product goals.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and UI design for responsive web and mobile interfaces.
• Solid understanding of UX research methods including interviews, surveys, usability testing, A/B testing, and user journey mapping.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and an eye for detail.

Other IT Skills

• Proficiency in Figma (primary), and experience with Adobe XD, Sketch, or other modern design tools.
• Strong understanding of design systems, component libraries, and prototyping workflows.
• Experience working in SaaS, tech, or product-driven environments (preferred).
• Ability to provide organized, developer-friendly design handoffs.
