Job Summary
We are seeking a Dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong domain expertise in Embedded Systems and Automotive. The ideal candidate will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, partner closely with hiring managers, handle vendor relationships, and execute strategic hiring plans to meet complex technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
- Drive strategic resource planning aligned with business and project needs.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand technical requirements and deliver timely closures.
- Handle bulk hiring, niche hiring, and leadership hiring through structured hiring strategies.
- Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships, ensuring quality profiles and compliance.
- Work on global talent acquisition and support internal as well as external client requirements.
- Perform talent pool and market analysis to ensure competitive hiring strategies.
- Contribute to TA process improvements and transformation initiatives.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain strong employer branding.

- Embedded Systems: Linux BSP, Device Drivers, Camera Drivers, QNX, Android BSP/IVI, Linux C++, Firmware, WLAN/Wi-Fi, BIOS, AI/ML Image Processing
- Automotive: C++, QT, MCAL, AUTOSAR, BSW, Infotainment, HAL, Android Automotive, AOSP
- Semiconductor / VLSI: RTL, FPGA, ASIC Design & Verification, Validation
- IT & Networking Technologies
(Must-Have)
- Must possess a strong and active personal candidate database across Embedded Systems, Automotive, VLSI, Semiconductor, and IT domains.
- Ability to leverage existing talent networks to enable faster closures for niche and critical technical roles.
- Proven capability to build, maintain, and continuously enrich talent pipelines through referrals, passive sourcing, and long-term candidate engagement.
Qualifications
- MBA / PG in HR Management (Preferred)
- BE / BTech in Electronics, Communication, or related disciplines
- 6–8+ years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within Semiconductor, Embedded, Automotive, or VLSI industries
