Key Responsibilities in Recruitment & Hiring

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from manpower planning to offer closure
  • Understand hiring requirements and job specifications from stakeholders
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical/functional rounds
  • Schedule interviews and ensure smooth candidate experience
  • Negotiate offers, issue offer letters, and manage joining formalities

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles
  • Use cost-effective sourcing strategies suitable for startup environments
  • Drive employee referral programs
  • Explore alternate hiring channels (campus, consultants, freelancers)

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand timelines and expectations
  • Provide regular recruitment status updates
  • Act as a trusted recruitment partner to business teams

Employer Branding

  • Promote company culture and EVP through LinkedIn and job postings
  • Support branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates
  • Represent the organization positively to candidates

Data & Compliance

  • Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
  • Track hiring metrics: time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance ratio
  • Ensure documentation and compliance as per company policies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
