Recruitment (Talent Acquisition) Specialist,
you will play a key role in connecting top
educators and school professionals with our partner schools. You’ll manage end-to-end hiring, build strong school partnerships, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience for both schools and candidates.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about education, people, and creating impact through great talent.

Key Accountability & Responsibilities

Find the Best School Talent: Identify and recruit high-quality educators and school professionals (teachers, academic coordinators, principals, etc.) based on the hiring needs of partner schools.

Build Strong School Partnerships: Collaborate closely with school management to understand their hiring requirements, culture, and expectations.

Create Talent Pipelines: Develop and maintain a strong pool of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and database management.

Innovate Recruitment Strategies: Bring creative and effective approaches to attract top teaching and non-teaching talent across diverse school boards and regions.

Ensure Seamless Coordination: Manage end-to-end recruitment — from job posting, sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling to offer rollout and joining coordination.

Deliver an Excellent Candidate Experience: Ensure timely communication, transparency, and smooth interactions for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Drive Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline recruitment processes and share insights to enhance school partnerships.
Requirements:

Experience: 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the education sector, staffing firms, or school partnerships.

Recruitment Expertise: Proven experience in hiring educators and school staff; strong understanding of school recruitment dynamics and talent requirements.

Tools & Platforms: Proficiency in platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and modern recruitment/ATS tools for tracking and coordination.

Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and relationship management skills to coordinate effectively with school leaders, internal teams, and candidates.

Agility & Ownership: Thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field preferred.
Compensation
Upto INR 6 LPA CTC, depending on experience and capability.
