We are the leader in elevators, escalators and moving walkways. Now, we’re seeking a TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST , based in Cairo (Egypt).


Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs

• Determine selection criteria

• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)

• Schedule interview and selection process, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews (assess applicants, relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes)

• Assess candidate using our Applicant Tracking System (workday)

• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events

• Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.

• Provide analytical and recruiting reports (dashboard etc)

• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

• Completing offer initiation for new hires.

• Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job boards such as linkedin, workday, universities etc


Recruiter Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role

• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks

• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations


Minimum Qualification

• 8-10 years of experience

• At least 2 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities

• BSc in Human Resources Management or equivalent

• Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic is essential
