Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Speacialist to support client recruitment operations from the back end. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and managing end-to-end recruitment activities while working closely with the Project Manager and client stakeholders. This is a support-focused role, requiring strong coordination and execution skills rather than direct client-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews with client teams.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide timely updates to Project Manager.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
• Coordinate with internal and client teams to meet hiring deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with client-specific recruitment policies and documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Education: Master's degree in human resource, business administration, or a related field.
• Who Can Apply: Seeking passionate individuals - Fresher or Experienced - eager to learn and grow with a long-term vision.
• Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to use job portals, social media, referrals, and databases to find suitable candidates.
• Skilled in evaluating resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidate fit.
