Senior Talent Acquisition

Job Purpose/Role:

Responsible for identifying, attracting, and sourcing qualified talent using different channels and social media outlets, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. Develop long term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop a hiring strategy for each role.
  • Identify, attract and source hard to find passive talent using different niche sites/channels such as LinkedIn and other social media.
  • Prepare job descriptions, manage postings on websites.
  • Manage all aspects of the recruitment process including pre screening, on site interviews, reference checks, and offers.
  • Update the Recruitment Tracking, coordinate background verifications aligned with company processes and manage all follow up communications.
  • Prepare and process hiring documentation in collaboration with the Human Resources operations department.
  • Research and participate in the most relevant career fairs, local job fairs and professional events to support RSI Brand and growth plan.
  • Implement brand confidence and retention practices amongst newly recruited talent.
  • Foster and maintain professional relationships with existing employees.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders and work constructively with others to efficiently achieve required business outcomes.
  • Implement policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient operations and administrative processes.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in external recruitment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources management or any equivalent degree
  • Ability to liaise with internal departments and develop hiring strategies.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
  • Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional English speaker
  • Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates
  • Hands on experience with full cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
