About the Role
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will proactively source and engage talent to support our company’s outsourcing and staff augmentation needs. This role focuses on building an active talent pool, coordinating closely with the sales team on resource demands, and maintaining continuous candidate engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source talent through multiple outsourcing channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networks, communities, etc.)
- Build, manage, and continuously update a strong and ready-to-deploy talent pool
- Actively engage with potential candidates and maintain ongoing communication beyond initial outreach
- Build long-term relationships with candidates and keep them warm for future and ongoing demands
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to understand client leads and resource requirements
- Quickly map sales-driven resource demands to suitable candidates from the existing talent pool
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and recruitment priorities
- Develop and execute effective talent sourcing and outsourcing strategies
- Manage end-to-end candidate communication to ensure a positive recruitment experience
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with business objectives
Key Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or resource outsourcing
- Hands-on experience with multiple outsourcing and sourcing channels
- Proven ability to build and maintain an active talent pipeline
- Strong communication, engagement, and follow-up skills
- Experience working in sales-driven or client-demand hiring environments
- Ability to understand technical and functional role requirements
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Experience in IT outsourcing / software house / consulting firm is preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics / ERP / tech roles is a plus
