About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Recruiter who can independently manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to close mid-to-senior level positions quickly. This role requires someone who is highly organized, target-driven, and capable of delivering quality hires within defined timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, create or refine job descriptions, and define hiring strategies.
  • Proactively source candidates through multiple channels: job portals, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screening and evaluation of candidates to assess technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure an excellent candidate experience.
  • Track and report hiring progress, pipeline status, and challenges to leadership.
  • Drive recruitment for mid to senior-level roles, ensuring quick turnaround and high-quality closures.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven ability to close positions quickly without compromising quality.
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, ATS, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
