InvoZone is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to be part of our HR team. A Talent Acquisition Specialist is a professional responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for a company's long-term goals. They factor into this process that people play an important role and will be key players of success going forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end (360°) recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and placement.
  • Oversee company-wide hiring requirements across multiple departments.
  • Ensure efficient and timely hiring while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.
  • Manage offer negotiations and support onboarding processes.
  • Review, optimize, and create ATS-friendly resumes to improve candidate shortlisting success.
  • Manage, instruct, and guide the talent acquisition team to achieve hiring goals and Support team members with daily recruitment tasks and resolve challenges.
  • Monitor team performance and continuously improve recruitment processes.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring plans.
  • Act as a recruitment partner by providing insights on hiring trends and talent availability.
  • Represent InvoZone at job fairs, career expos, and recruitment events.
  • Track and participate in industry and recruitment-related events.
  • Strengthen employer branding through external hiring initiatives and professional networking.

Requirements:

  • Bring 3+ years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Demonstrate strong hands-on experience with 360° recruitment.
  • Exhibit proven ability to manage and lead recruitment teams.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have advanced skills in Google Docs for documentation, reporting, and collaboration.
  • Show ability to create and optimize ATS-friendly resumes.
  • Maintain an extroverted, friendly personality with strong networking abilities.
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
