Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are a fast-growing, multi-business organization operating across Real Estate, Banking, and Corporate Services. With a 50% team growth in 2025 and ambitious plans across multiple markets, we are looking for an experienced, high-energy In-House Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract top talent across all our business lines.

Your Role
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage full-cycle recruitment for 10-15 hires per month across Sales, Consultants, Accountants, Operations, Compliance, and Real Estate roles, including C-level or key hires when needed.
  • Talent Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and referrals, ensuring a strong pipeline for multiple business lines simultaneously.
  • Screening & Interviews: Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate skills, experience, cultural fit, and alignment with business needs.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner closely with department leads to refine job descriptions, understand hiring priorities, and ensure recruitment strategies are aligned with business growth.
  • Employer Branding & Candidate Experience: Represent the company to candidates, delivering a high-quality experience and reinforcing our brand as a top employer.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices to continuously enhance recruitment effectiveness.
About You
  • Experience: 3+ years of in-house or agency recruitment experience, ideally in professional services, real estate, finance, or similar fast-paced environments.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Organization & Time Management: Comfortable managing multiple roles across different departments under tight deadlines.
  • Negotiation Skills: Able to negotiate offers to meet both candidate expectations and business needs.
  • Mindset: Thrives in a high-pressure, fast-growing environment and enjoys the challenge of scaling teams across multiple business lines.
