Job Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the
full recruitment lifecycle
to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent aligned with organizational needs. The role focuses on delivering efficient, compliant, and candidate-centric recruitment solutions while partnering closely with hiring managers to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the
end-to-end recruitment process
, including workforce planning, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support.

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and hiring strategies.

Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and direct search.

Screen and assess candidates through CV reviews, phone screens, competency-based interviews, and coordination of assessments.

Prepare and present shortlisted candidates with clear evaluation summaries and recommendations.

Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage the offer and negotiation process.

Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports using ATS and HR systems.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor laws, and Saudization requirements.

Enhance employer branding initiatives and support recruitment marketing activities.

Provide regular recruitment status updates and KPI tracking (time-to-hire, quality of hire, candidate experience).
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience
as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter.

Proven experience in
full-cycle recruitment
across multiple roles and levels.

Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter and direct headhunting.

Experience working with ATS and HR systems.

Solid interviewing and candidate assessment skills.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
