Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent aligned with organizational needs. The role focuses on delivering efficient, compliant, and candidate-centric recruitment solutions while partnering closely with hiring managers to support business objectives.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process , including workforce planning, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and hiring strategies.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and direct search.
  • Screen and assess candidates through CV reviews, phone screens, competency-based interviews, and coordination of assessments.
  • Prepare and present shortlisted candidates with clear evaluation summaries and recommendations.
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage the offer and negotiation process.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports using ATS and HR systems.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor laws, and Saudization requirements.
  • Enhance employer branding initiatives and support recruitment marketing activities.
  • Provide regular recruitment status updates and KPI tracking (time-to-hire, quality of hire, candidate experience).


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles and levels.
  • Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter and direct headhunting.
  • Experience working with ATS and HR systems.
  • Solid interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
