Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract diverse talent across various platforms
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide support in fulfilling them
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reporting to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies
• Promote company culture and employer branding through effective communication and engagement initiatives
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Strong knowledge of recruitment channels and methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
