Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator (Egypt)

Position Overview: The Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator sits within the Talent Acquisition Operations Team, focusing on supporting administrative and operational tasks to support candidate onboarding and offboarding processes and activities. The Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator collaborates with various stakeholders to facilitate operational efficiency and contribute to the overall success of the talent acquisition function

Key Responsibilities

Administration: Manage the administrative tasks related to candidate onboarding, including document collection and processing, background verification and contract management; Facilitate the printing of contracts and associated documentation to support hiring of candidates;

Candidate engagement: Conduct contract signing sessions with new hires engaging directly with candidates using multiple channels to support in their onboarding journey; ensure the timely return of all relevant documentation and information required to complete onboarding activity;

Social Insurance registrations: Responsible for social insurance registration activity and collaboration with external vendors;

Data Management : Support filing and archiving through management of candidate and employee data within the Digital and manual archives, applicant tracking system (ATS) and/or other relevant systems. Update and maintain accurate records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality;

Offboarding : Support with onboarding activity ensuring completion of relevant documentation, relevant reporting and maintenance of records;

Compliance Support: Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies within the talent acquisition function. Contribute to the maintenance of compliance-related documentation and assist with audits, as needed;

Team Collaboration : Collaborate closely with talent acquisition team members and other stakeholders including payroll and HR to support overall talent acquisition objectives. Contribute to team projects and initiatives, providing assistance and support as needed; and

Learning and Development: Actively participate in learning and development opportunities to enhance knowledge of talent acquisition operations, HR processes, and related systems and technologies.

Experience, Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong administration experience - previous experience in similar role desirable
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, volume based, dynamic environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with recruitment and/or HR systems and technologies is desirable.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Basic understanding of HR and talent acquisition concepts is beneficial.
