Role Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our recruitment funnel, ensuring a seamless experience for both hiring managers and candidates. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter with foundational experience to grow their career in a fast-paced corporate environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and define specific selection criteria for open roles.
  • Manage job postings across various platforms (LinkedIn, specialized job boards, etc.) and ensure they reach the right target audience.
  • Conduct initial phone and online screenings to assess cultural fit and technical alignment with basic job requirements.
  • Assist in and lead Competency-Based Interviews (CBI) to evaluate soft skills and behavioral traits.
  • Help organize and represent the company at employment fairs and campus recruitment events to boost our employer brand.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely feedback for unsuccessful applicants and a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Assist in negotiating job offers and clearly explaining employment terms and company policies to successful candidates.
  • Work with the Organizational Development (OD) team to keep job descriptions up-to-date and relevant.
  • Monitor new hire performance during probation periods and escalate any concerns to the Head of Talent Acquisition.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and assist in preparing monthly/quarterly reports on turnover and hiring metrics.
  • Support the collection of exit interview feedback to help refine future retention and recruitment strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a must) and experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Experience with SAP is a plus.
  • Interviewing: Familiarity with Competency-Based Interviewing (CBI) techniques.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
