Talent Acquisition Specialist

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and employer branding.
  • Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to onboarding).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Ability to assess candidate fit based on job requirements and company culture.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
