Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will have a passion to serve Christian schools with sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and hiring candidates across multiple clients. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will assist with onboarding, benefits enrollment and other HR related activities as assigned.

Responsibilities:

· Implement creative and effective recruiting methods and strategies for various roles across TRIUN3 and client organizations.

· Manage internal and external job posting advertisements and communications.

· Enhance and utilize effective applicant screening methods and tools.

· Conduct phone and/or in person interviews and select qualified, mission aligned applicants.

· Work with hiring managers to develop an understanding of all open roles and responsibilities within client organizations.

· Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and company policies.

· Identify and participate in community activities such as job fairs, university events, industry groups, etc.

· Conduct background screening and reference checks as required.

· Complete electronic onboarding process for all newly hired employees including benefit enrollment for newly eligible staff.

· Manage and plan events, celebrations and team building activities for the TRIUN3 team.

· Provide support to HR function of assigned clients as requested or required.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree (or higher) required

· Minimum of 3 years of talent acquisition experience highly preferred

· Ability to build and maintain strong relationships

· Ability to work independently in a collaborative environment

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Customer service mentality with internal and external stakeholders

· Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

· Aligned to the Mission of Christian education

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
