Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner—a hunter, closer, and advisor—who owns recruiting end-to-end in a high-volume, high-expectation environment supporting TurnPoint Services and our operating brands nationwide.

What You’ll Own

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you are accountable for the entire hiring lifecycle:

Intake & Strategy

  • Partner directly with GMs, Directors, and Operations leaders.
  • Translate business needs into hiring strategies—not just job postings.
  • Set expectations on timing, market reality, and talent tradeoffs.

Direct Sourcing & Hunting

  • Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, cold outreach, and market mapping.
  • Build pipelines before requisitions go live.
  • Compete for talent in tight skilled-trade labor markets.

High-Volume Execution

  • Manage 50–100+ open requisitions simultaneously.
  • Prioritize roles by business impact and urgency.
  • Keep pipelines clean, current, and moving.

Interview & Selection

  • Drive structured, behavior-based interviews.
  • Ensure quality slates—not résumé volume.
  • Coach hiring leaders on decision-making and speed.

Offer & Close

  • Pre-close candidates early and often.
  • Partner on compensation alignment and offer strategy.
  • Own offer acceptance and candidate experience through Day One.

This is a business-critical Talent Acquisition role with real accountability.

Experience recruiting skilled trades, field operations, sales, or high-volume roles is strongly preferred.

How Success Is Measured (KPIs That Matter)

We don’t measure effort—we measure results. Your performance will be evaluated on:

  • Speed to Hire
  • Time from requisition approval to accepted offer.
  • Req Load Effectiveness

Ability to deliver quality hires across 50–100+ open roles.

  • Sourcing Yield

Percentage of hires coming from direct sourcing vs inbound applicants. Quality of slate and hiring manager alignment.Strength of pre-close and candidate engagement.

  • Interview-to-Offer Ratio
  • Offer Acceptance Rate

Base Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
