Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:

  • Managing the full recruitment cycle, including:


  • Sourcing candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn.
  • Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews.
  • Following up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Supporting interviews when needed.


  • Collaborating closely with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, Total Rewards and Operations teams to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date candidate database and recruitment trackers.
  • Ensuring timely communication of feedback between all stakeholders.
  • Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Developing a solid understanding of the business and staying updated on market trends and talent movements.


Requirements:

  • 0–1 years of experience in recruitment or relevant experience (internships, HR exposure, or student activities are a plus).
  • Fluency in Verbal & Written English (C1 level).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in data accuracy and documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism .
  • Passion for Talent Acquisition and a strong willingness to learn and grow in the field.
