Job Description:

Managing the full recruitment cycle, including:
-
Sourcing candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn.

Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews.
-
Coordinating and scheduling interviews.
-
Following up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Supporting interviews when needed.
-
Collaborating closely with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, Total Rewards and Operations teams to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date candidate database and recruitment trackers.

Ensuring timely communication of feedback between all stakeholders.

Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Developing a solid understanding of the business and staying updated on market trends and talent movements.
Requirements:

0–1 years of experience
in recruitment or relevant experience (internships, HR exposure, or student activities are a plus).

Fluency in
Verbal & Written English
(C1 level).

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
or a related field.

Strong attention to detail, especially in data accuracy and documentation.

Proficiency in
MS Office
tools.

High level of
confidentiality and professionalism

Passion for Talent Acquisition and a strong willingness to learn and grow in the field.
