Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports hiring across various functions by implementing effective sourcing strategies, maintaining a strong talent pipeline, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. The role requires a proactive approach to attract top talent while delivering against hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing through to candidate onboarding and joining
- Source candidates through ATS, job boards, social media and networking
- Conduct screening and interviews to identify qualified candidates
- Build and maintain a strong and diverse talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and define candidate profiles
- Lead and participate in recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and hiring events
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Provide insights on market trends, talent availability, and hiring challenges
- Continuously explore and implement new sourcing strategies and tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Experience in high-volume recruitment
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment platforms
- Fluency in English and Arabic (additional languages are a plus)
- Willingness to travel frequently and participate in recruitment events and hiring campaigns
