Talent Acquisition Specialist
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment within the construction industry
- Strong exposure to UAE/GCC hiring (white collar)
- Familiarity with RTA/Infrastructure project requirements will be a strong advantage
- Hands on experience with ATS platforms, job portals, and headhunting strategies
- Work on large scale infrastructure & mega projects
- Fast paced, high impact role with real decision making exposure
