Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Planning:Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with company objectives.
- Job Posting:Craft and distribute compelling job advertisements on relevant platforms.
- Sourcing:Leverage various sourcing methods & job boards, social media, and networking & to find qualified candidates.
- Screening:Review resumes and applications, conduct preliminary phone interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Interviewing:Carry out in-depth interviews focusing on candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Offer Extension:Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.
- Onboarding:Design and implement robust onboarding programs to facilitate new hires' integration into the company.
- Employer Branding:Promote the company's reputation as an attractive employer through various channels.
- Talent Pipeline Management:Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Recruitment Metrics:Prepare regular recruitment reports highlighting key metrics and recruitment progress.
- Coaching:Provide guidance to recruiters and support line managers in the selection process by identifying candidate strengths and weaknesses.
Requirements
- Education:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred.
- Experience:2-3 years of talent acquisition experience in a corporate environment, preferably in the real estate industry.
